The questionnaire will be sent to every survey participant who has applied to or been hired by one of the participating companies. You may have already applied to another company that also uses the kanaleo.de service. We ask you to take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire again, as each participating company is interested in receiving its own feedback. Your answers will be evaluated separately for each company you refer to.
Based on your information, your (future) employer can analyze which of its media channels are used by its applicants and to what extent. This helps the company optimize its recruitment processes and facilitate the path for potential employees to join the company.

Yes. The data you enter will only be processed in an anonymized form. It will not be assigned to specific individuals, and no personal data will be stored. Your answers will only be used in aggregate form for statistical purposes.

This service is available to members of the Recommendation Network.
With kanaleo.de, we offer you a comprehensive tool for analyzing and optimizing the media channels you use for your recruitment efforts. Find out how your applicants found you. Compare the success of your channels with those of other companies in your industry. Optimize your HR marketing efforts based on facts. What's working better for your company – print ads, online job portals, your careers website, your recent booth at a recruitment fair, or was your company recommended as a good employer by a colleague or acquaintance? With kanaleo.de, applicants answer these questions while you study their application documents. The survey is anonymous for the applicant. You also have the option of conducting a separate survey of your actual newly hired employees to review the effectiveness of your media channels.
Three conditions must be met to ensure fairness and data protection. First, you must have booked membership as a "speaker" or "manager." Second, you must have contributed at least 50 completed questionnaires. Finally, at least 50 comparative data points from other companies must be available for your selected filters.
